Set on the lush and unspoiled east-coast of Bali,  you will be encapsulated by the views in and around the resort. Conveniently located, only 45 minutes away from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport, far from the pollution, crowds and noise.

With its pristine volcanic beach and world renown surfing spot, our 4-star beachfront Bali resort offers crisp and clean rooms, hypnotic views and fantastic facilities such as the health hub, beach front pool and relaxing day spa which offers a wide selection of exotic treatments.

Each room features the choice of a queen bed or two singles, a private ensuite, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, couch and study desk, in-room safe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning, to take the edge off the Bali heat. 

 
 
 

Food

Deliciously healthy, organic, nutrient-dense meals, snacks and juices prepared by an executive chef, designed to fuel your body so that it can work at its optimum during your retreat stay.

Produce is organically grown on the premises or locally sourced from sustainable sources. Chicken and eggs are free range, seafood is sustainably sourced and beef is first quality Australian.

Breakfast

  • Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl - served with seasonal fruit, goji berries, chia seeds and blackcurrants.
  • Organic Baked Bean Trio - mixed bean medley, tomato concasse, spices, parsley and wholemeal toast.
  • Superfood Porridge - oatmeal, sprouted almonds, goji berries, chia seeds, sliced banana, vanilla coconut cream, sprinkled with organic cacao powder and cinnamon.

Lunch

  • Stuffed Sweet Potato - organic roasted sweet potato, fresh kale, ginger, lemon zest, activated seed sprinkle, cashew cheese garlic dressing.
  • Green Papaya Salad - young and fresh pickled papaya, vine ripened tomatoes, green beans, peanuts and chilli lime dressing.
  • Buddha Bowl - coconut, organic lemongrass broth, shitake mushrooms, rice noodles, garden greens and coriander.

Dinner

  • Beetroot Coconut Ginger Soup - oven roasted beetroot, organic ginger, local harvest coconut juice, sprout medley topping.
  • Tempeh Curry - a mix of tofu and tempeh with braised turmeric curry sauce.
  • Zucchini Pasta - raw zucchini, home grown ruccola, cashew nut cheese and organic basil pesto.

Shared Room: Double occupancy with a friend or partner. Rooms can be split into two single beds or left as a queen for couples.

Private Room: Private room for one person.

Prices are stated in Australian Dollars and are per person.

Price include accommodation, meals, transfers and all activities. Flights, travel insurance and alcohol not included.

+ What if I've never done Yoga/Boxing/Pilates?

That's ok, everyone works at their own pace - something you can't do...? No worries, that's why we're here to help. You should however, have a basic level of fitness.

+ What if I'm recovering from an injury?

Please let us know of your injuries or conditions in the reservation form.

+ What if I have special dietary requirements?

Not a problem, please let us know in the pre-retreat questionnare.

+ What airport do I fly into?

Denpasar, Ngurah Rai International Airport.

+ When do I need to arrive?

Check-in is from 2pm on the first day of your retreat. Tranfer shuttles will be organised to collect you from the airport or your hotel should you arrive in Bali prior to the start date of your retreat.

+ Is this retreat good for solo travellers?

Absolutely! What a better way to connect with like-minded people.

+ What if I have specific medical conditions or requirements?

Please let us know of any pre-existing medical conditions that may inhibit you from participating in moderate exercise or that has required medical attention in the last 12 months.

+ Is there Wifi at the resort?

Yes there is free wifi around the resort grounds and is also available in the rooms.

+ Will I be able to contact family and friends whilst away?

Yes, phones are present in all of the rooms. Free wifi also allows you to 'Skype' family and friends back home for minimal cost.

+ Is this retreat good for couples?

Yes!! Lovers who train together stay together.

+ Is this retreat good for families?

No, it's not ideal for those wanting a family vacation.

+ Is this retreat good if I am pregnant?

No, the fitness sessions combined with the Balinese heat and humidity will not suit pregnant ladies. Sorry... however a big congratulations is in order :)
