Shared Room: Double occupancy, meaning you will share with a friend or partner. Rooms can be split into two single beds or left as a queen for couples.

Private Room: Private room for one person.

Prices are per person and stated in Australian Dollars.

Price include accommodation, meals, transfers and all activities. Flights, travel insurance and alcohol not included.

+ What if I’ve never done Yoga/Boxing/Pilates?

That’s ok, everyone works at their own pace – something you can’t do…? No worries, that’s why we’re here to help. You should however, have a basic level of fitness.

+ What if I’m recovering from an injury?

Please let us know of your injuries or conditions in the reservation form.

+ What if I have special dietary requirements?

Not a problem, please let us know in the pre-retreat questionnare.

+ What airport do I fly into?

Denpasar, Ngurah Rai International Airport.

+ When do I need to arrive?

Check-in is from 2pm on the first day of your retreat. Tranfer shuttles will be organised to collect you from the airport or your hotel should you arrive in Bali prior to the start date of your retreat.

+ Is this retreat good for solo travellers?

Absolutely! What a better way to connect with like-minded people.

+ What time does the retreat start on the first day?

The retreat will commence with a meet and greet at 3:15pm on Day 1 of your retreat followed by your first circuit session at 3:30pm.

+ Can I stay an extra night before or after the retreat finishes?

Yes – please let us know if you’d like to stay an extra night or two either side of the retreat.

+ What if I have specific medical conditions or requirements?

Please let us know of any pre-existing medical conditions that may inhibit you from participating in moderate exercise or that has required medical attention in the last 12 months.

+ Is there Wifi at the resort?

Yes there is free wifi around the resort grounds and is also available in the rooms.

+ Will I be able to contact family and friends whilst away?

Yes, phones are present in all of the rooms. Free wifi also allows you to ‘Skype’ family and friends back home for minimal cost.

+ Is this retreat good for couples?

Yes!! Lovers who train together stay together.

+ Is this retreat good for families?

No, it’s not ideal for those wanting a family vacation.

+ Is this retreat good if I am pregnant?

No, the fitness sessions combined with the Balinese heat and humidity will not suit pregnant ladies. Sorry… however a big congratulations is in order 🙂

+ What time does the retreat finish on the last day of the retreat?

The retreat will finish at 10am on the final day of your retreat and check-out is at 11am, but if your flight doesn’t leave until night time you are more than welcome to stay at the resort until your transfer is ready to take you to the airport.
