Fit Food Relax Retreat FAQ’s

What if I’ve never done Yoga/Boxing/Pilates?
That’s ok, everyone works at their own pace – something you can’t do…? No worries, that’s why we’re here to help. You should however, have a basic level of fitness.
What if I have specific medical conditions or requirements?
Please let us know of any pre-existing medical conditions that may inhibit you from participating in moderate exercise or that has required medical attention in the last 12 months.
What if I’m recovering from an injury?
Please let us know of your injuries or conditions in the reservation form.
Is there Wifi at the resort?
Yes there is free wifi around the resort grounds and is also available in the rooms.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Not a problem, please let us know in the pre-retreat questionnaire.
Will I be able to contact family and friends whilst away?
Yes, phones are present in all of the rooms. Free wifi also allows you to ‘Skype’ family and friends back home for minimal cost.
What airport do I fly into?
Denpasar, Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Can my transfer pick me up/drop me off from somewhere else other than the Airport?
Yes – our drivers will go as far as Canggu, Ubud and Uluwatu for transfers.
When do I need to arrive?
Check-in is from 2pm on the first day of your retreat. Transfer shuttles will be organised to collect you from the airport or your hotel should you arrive in Bali prior to the start date of your retreat.
I want to fly in the night before, can I stay an extra night?
Yes, no problem. As long as there is availability we can help you to organise extra nights accommodation.
Who is this retreat good for?
This retreat is ideal for men and women aged between 18-55 with a good level of fitness. It is perfect for solo travellers and couples to meet like-minded people from around Australia.
Is this retreat good if I am pregnant?
No, the fitness sessions combined with the Balinese heat and humidity will not suit pregnant ladies. Sorry… however a big congratulations is in order 🙂
I’ve never been to Bali before - is it safe me to travel on my own?
Yes – the retreat is ideal as you’ll be travelling with a group and an experienced facilitator.
Is there laundry facilities available?
Yes, the resort offers overnight laundry service.
